Affymetrix believes in building and maintaining strong ties to organizations representing diversity in order to strengthen our company and the communities in which we live, work and do business. In the past year we have supported local education with the Bay Area Biotechnology Education Consortium, ethics-related outreach with the Markkula Center for Applied Ethics, genetics advocacy with the Genetic Alliance and medical research with the Children's Clinic.
