GeneChip® DNA Labeling Reagent
The GeneChip® DNA Labeling Reagent contains a biotinylated proprietary label, and is designed for use in the Prokaryotic Target Labeling Assay to generate labeled cDNA targets for hybridization to GeneChip prokaryotic expression arrays.
Detailed instructions for using this reagent are described in Section 3, Chapter 1 of the GeneChip® Expression Analysis Technical Manual.
Each kit contains 1 vial of 60 µL of the GeneChip DNA Labeling Reagent, 7.5 mM, sufficient for 30 labeling reactions.
