Affymetrix will continue to supply both One- and Two-Cycle Reagents for a period of one year to allow completion of current projects. Current One- and Two-Cycle Target Labeling and Control Reagents will be available until September 2009.

The Two-Cycle Target Labeling and Control Reagent package provides essential labeling and control reagents with one convenient part number for target preparation from 10 - 100 ng of total RNA.

This protocol is robust, streamlined, and optimized for the GeneChip platform to provide a high success rate when using limited starting material.
