NetAffx Analysis Center and Mapping Arrays

Use the NetAffx Analysis Center to find the probe sets that read your genes of choice. Browse the SNP and CNV content for SNP and targeted genotyping arrays. Collect SNP or CNV probe sets in a genomic interval. Upload your own lists of up to 10,000 SNP or CNV probe sets and export any of these results for examination on your desktop computer.
