		Library Files and Library File Updater




		LIBRARY FILES

		These library files are intended for GeneChip® Operating Software (GCOS), Microarray Suite (MAS), and Expression Console™ Software users. Additional annotation files can be accessed on specific array support pages.

		Instructions WinZip is required for accessing the files. Download and install a free evaluation version of WinZip. Then, download the zipped files to your hard drive using the links below and double click on the downloaded file to open WinZip and begin the installation. For large files, you may wish to use a free download manager. Simply download the program and double click on the Affymetrix file you wish to access. The manager will allow you to speed up, schedule and pause/resume any downloads from the site.

		GeneChip® Scanner 3000 Library File Updater
		To run the GeneChip Rat Expression 230 Arrays, GeneChip Mouse Expression 430 Arrays, or CustomExpress™ Arrays (Formats: 100-2187, 49-5241, 49-7875) on the GeneChip Scanner 3000, you will need to install the library files as usual and then perform a short update to those library files.
